BIM Scope of Works
- BIM Modelling for MEP services
- Generate typical hotel room schedule and layout
- Provide key visualization to assist in describing the designs and design coordination.
- Demonstrate the spatial coordination amongst architectural, structural, and building services designs.
- Generate clash analysis reports.
- Generate checking and analysis to aid in design review and decision making.
- Generate tender drawings and documentation from the model.
- Generate tender document from the BIM Models.
