Project Scope:
The Consultant shall provide consultancy services, covering detailed design, tender documentation, tender support services and construction support services for the A&A works at Midfield Concourse (“MFC”). The Consultant shall provide architectural, electrical and mechanical design services for the Works with design intend provided under Appendix B, the key elements of the Works shall include without limitation the followings:
- Boarding desks
- Service desks
- E-boarding gates
- Glass balustrades with access gates
- Refurbishment of patterned flooring;
- Floor wayfinding and operational signage
- Advance / enabling works for entire boarding gate areas
- Underfloor trunking and cabling works for electrical and IT systems
- Modification/ reinstatement/ diversion works to cater for the existing MEP services routing and cabling containment,etc.
BIM Scope of Works
- Project Management
- As-Design BIM Modelling for Arch / Structure / Fascade / MEP
- Clash / RFI Reporting
- As-Built BIM Model
- Coordination meeting Client, Consultant and Contractors
- Drawing generation from the BIM models for tender documents
- 3D Rendering for design verification
