Building Scope:
The scope of works shall include the production of 3D BIM model(s) for the following elements of the proposed sewerage system and the associated structures and facilities according to the information provided by the Engineer or advised by the Engineer during the Contract Period:
- Proposed upgrading works of Cheung Chau Sewage Treatment Works including existing buildings or structures or facilities.
- Proposed upgrading works of Pak She Sewage Pumping Station including existing building(s) or structures or facilities.
BIM Scope of Works
- Arch / Stru model of the plant
- Sewage Pumps and Pipework System
- Design validation - Collision checking in between different disciplines
- 3D Walkthrough generation with rendering
