Building Scope:
The objectives of this assignment are to provide a detailed recording of the Kong Ha Wai Mansion, servant quarter, entrance gate, bird cages, boundary fence and the Site by means of Building Information Model with reality capture using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Photogrammetry Camera for the exterior areas and Mobile Laser Scanning for the interior area of the Site. Three dimensional models, including special features such as fencing bottles are to be extracted from the Model for mold making and replication works. The Scope of the Works includes the following:
- Reality Capture.
- Production of BIM using point cloud data collected from the reality capture.
